    So true. It takes work to get there. Much of leadership is challenging the status quo. Organizations always tend towards continuing to do what works. When everything around us is in constant change, we all need to examine what we are doing to find those things that will not work as our environment changes. We need to both eliminate the things that won’t work and also replace them. That creates a path to hammer at expectations until they shatter.
