As the weather chills, we are drawn indoors. A time to sit by the fire, take stock, and reflect on the year coming to a close and the year ahead—a time for introspection.

- What did we want to happen that we let slip by us?
- What mindset change do we need to fulfill what matters to us?
The initial results of my Pivot are excellent. I feel I have much greater clarity regarding the next 3-5 years..
